There is no need to worry about catching me at a 'bad time', Armin, as in the worst case scenario I can simply make Ryner deal with whatever's come up. As it is, however, there's nothing wrong with your timing at all, and I would most certainly be happy to help if I can. Would you like to continue speaking over the Pokégear, or would you prefer to meet and talk in person somewhere? Ryner is more than capable of covering the gym by himself for a while, or if you'd like to speak with him as well we could arrange something outside of scheduled gym hours.
