*once again, a certain someone's Yamask is floating in the background behind Sion as he records, but he seems to be paying it no mind*

Since it sounds as though quite a few people are planning to go to that event being graciously hosted by Blackthorn's gym leader, I was wondering if anyone had any advice about something...

*he shifts the camera to point at a pile of pokeballs, and even more pokemon lounging about the room behind them*

Just how do you go about deciding which pokemon to bring with you?

*he pauses, then adds*

Ah, and Arturia, might I expect to join us there, as well?

You could always draw straws.

And risk winding up with Lucile, River, and Ash all at once?

Never said you had to put all of them in for it if you don't want to.

Have you tried asking your Pokemon who wants to go?

I think I might just pick ones that might need more socialization or need to be accustomed to big groups. [Shifts the video, showing the little Houndour somehow managing to chew on a not annoyed Slugma.]

But in that case I really wouldn't be able to call it "fair", you know.

Not exactly; there's enough of them that it's simpler to narrow it down first than trying to ask all of them at once...

That's certainly an idea, so long as it isn't overdoing it... And it certainly seems you do.

Well, yes. It sounds like it'll be quite the event, not to mention it's being held in an area that's otherwise inacessible.

By that logic, it's not fair to make sure Arius doesn't end up out with the other fish.

Who knows? Maybe there are a bunch of 'em who'd rather stay home.

Which is why I'm trying to figure out the best method to decide.

That seems doubtful, knowing them.

They're all social types, huh?

Or at least wouldn't want to be left out of something they thought would be fun.

Other than that, I don't have much advice for you. Unless you wanna pick who goes through a lottery.

I'd considered that, but I almost suspect I'd wind up with exactly the ones most likely to cause trouble together, if I did.

It's probably the most fair way to do it, if you ask me. Troublemakers or not.

"Fair" or not, I'm sure most people would appreciate it best if I didn't let worst few offenders loose at such an event.

Sure, sure. I know what it's like to have troublemaker Pokemon, too. And there will probably be a lot of trouble they can get into.

They generally can behave as long as someone keeps an eye on them, but being allowed to roam about with so many people and other things around...

Well, I'm sure you'll figure it out.
