I have a few questions I wanted to ask, but to start with, I'm curious as to why you voted for Peach instead of Rose in the ousting.

Firstly, it was not the best situation. Only two people went up to vote. One-sided voting based on personality in the first round and no real clues is not ideal.

Neither is deciding between two people when fewer than half of the participants voted, for that matter. I was merely curious if you had any particular reason to suspect him, however.

Not really. I wonder who voted to put him in the outing poll though . . .

His appearance is mostly naive, but that might not mean anything in this game.

True, though it will be interesting to see whether or not he was sincere when he said he didn't want to deceive anyone.

Any idea as to why the wolves may have targeted who they did, then?

Inactive or scarce sheep, by the look of it.

Since we're here, did you vote in the suspicion poll?

Yes. I believe I was the first to vote on Rose, although my intention was more to provoke a reaction and discussion than to simply provide a target.

But it sort of became a focus in the end?

And if there was a wolf or wolves voting on the suspicion poll, they might have thrown their votes behind yours or chose to abstain because things were going well for them.

Exactly. Which is why it's certainly a problem that so many people didn't vote.

And we can only discuss this in private until the next ousting comes up or if we're in clues.

Either possibility looks likely at the moment, but wolves are very rarely voted out in the first round.

It's a bit of a shot in the dark, without enough time to speak with everyone. Operating on the assumption that we didn't get a wolf, then, do you suspect anyone out of those remaining?

Ah, and of course I ask because for the moment I think I have reason to believe you're a sheep.

Not at the moment because the landslide of votes was convenient.

And we might be two of three people who know about the safe sheep clue.

Precisely. Although on the other hand, none of the three of us were targeted by the wolves, which was either a particularly strategic or particularly foolish move on their part. I take it you haven't told anyone else the identity of the sheep? mentioned in the clue?

Unless they're keeping us around for later because we'd look more suspicious.

Not yet. There are pros and cons to doing so.

That would certainly be the potentially strategic move yes.

I take it you wouldn't mind agreeing not to mention it for now? If we control who has access to that information, it may be a useful tool later.

Yes--that would be prudent for now.

Now the question is finding out who in the new clue is the wolf.

There's the usual asking about voting patterns--which is going to be difficult because some of them didn't vote in the suspicion poll.

Most people didn't. Although one of them is the one who voted immediately in the ousting, saying that he hadn't voted in the previous one.

Sometimes, people don't have the time and just jump in?

Perhaps, although come to think of it, I don't think I saw one of them at all during the ousting...

Only Marvelous or Miss Scarlett. But at least one of the other two must have voted--I am speaking to one of them now.

Who they voted for and when doesn't necessarily mean much at this point, though.

Marvelous didn't speak to many people. The one called Sergeant Gray spoke to some people and Jiu Wu seems friendly and active.
