I have a few questions I wanted to ask, but to start with, I'm curious as to why you voted for Peach instead of Rose in the ousting.

I noticed. You think Scarlett was probably the wolf, then? And I imagine it must have been blind luck that they happened to target the safe sheep; I certainly haven't told anyone.

Ion might have contacted her. I don't know what the others might have said.

Well, I suppose it's possible she herself may have told someone else she was the safe sheep, but I didn't let anyone else know. The other possibility is that the wolves simply picked someone at random, and it happened to be her. If we assume that Scarlett was the wolf, it's certainly very possible, if they chose from amongst the people who voted for him.

...even so, there's a chance it really was just random chance, so we should probably focus on whatever clue we might get today rather than chase wild theories.

Of course. But keep in mind that while this may be worth examining now, if we get a clue that doesn't pit us all against each other, there's no reason why we ought to continue chasing shadows then.

Or it's just going to all those who knew Kara was the safe sheep based on what we told each other.

That's assuming that there is a wolf, and isn't possible, anyway, as Ion already received a clue, and Superboy was int he last one. So unless someone can be connected to two different clues...

Why can't Ion be a wolf? That would be two safe sheep in one clue and unlikely to boot.

Why would a wolf enact such an elaborate plan to try to protect the safe sheep, while still making it known who it is?

Kara couldn't disappear after the safe sheep clue went up, of course--that's too obvious. But if the wolves realise that the rest of us are talking to her and certain things might slip, they would eat her to stop the flow of information.

That's assuming both that she knows something about the wolves- which she didn't, incidentally, or didn't that she admitted to me- and that we aren't talking to each other, as well.

She would have had to be careful. One of us could be a wolf after all.

I found it odd that she wanted to tell her cousin . . .

Why should that be odd? It's easier to read someone you know well, after all, and she believed he was innocent. If we did get a wolf this time, then she was right.

Would you tell your friend Ryner about the clue if you were the safe sheep then?

Of course. Though I could also convince him not to tell anyone even if he weren't also sheep, in any case.

Ion said they did the private post before the clue.

Why not yesterday? Or after today's round?

Reveal to her cousin that she was the safe sheep.

Depending on when she learned of the clue, she may not have had time for it. I didn't have a chance to contact her myself right away, after all.

I only spoke to her today because I thought she should know and it was already the second round.

We didn't get to speak of anything concrete.

I asked her about her suspicions, but she said it was too early for her to have anything concrete.

Maybe she was being cautious . . . then again it might have been too early in the game.
