No, I don't imagine why she'd have any reason to be cautious, especially since I already knew she was the safe sheep- even if I were a wolf, she'd be in no more danger than she was to begin with, and I would have had to risk looking suspicious if I'd asked her opinion and then argued with her. So no, it's unlikely she was withholding anything, at least not deliberately.
Even so, I think the most logical approach would be to assume that all of us who knew about the safe sheep are sheep, and that Scarlett was the wolf. It gives us the most narrow area within which to begin looking at things.
I've been speaking with Sano from the start, and while I can't completely rule him out, if he is a wolf he's gone to unusual lengths to try to hide it. The other two I've yet to speak much with, however.
