*the feed comes on today to show Sion looking, well, not exactly disheveled, but what can be seen of his hair and clothing isn't quite in the near-perfect order it usually is, more like a hastily-done job of straightening things out after being out on an especially windy day. Despite this, however, his smile seems even brighter than usual....*

I must admit, I was rather skeptical of the idea being able to ride a flying bird- even a giant one- at all, let alone long distances, but it seems this place is rather full of surprises. And rather worth the effort to obtain the ability to do so, I might add, considering the travel time it saves.

I don't suppose the rewards of challenging the other gyms are nearly as useful?

The spot he's got in mind is a bit further down the beach, not where most people hang out. It's kind of rocky, including several large boulders that somehow have washed up on shore over the centuries or whatever, large enough to be sat on if you're willing to deal with pulling yourself up. Really clear view of the water, though.]

[The sky is relatively clear today, but there are a couple of scattered clouds here or there.

Which just means that when sunset comes, the sky lights up in a rainbow of colors (mostly red), and the few clouds that are there seem to light up as well. Their lower halves, anyway.]
