[Route 29] Video/Action - Azalea Town

Now, I realize that there's a number of Pokemon which can evolve in more than one various ways, such as how Eevee can become one of seven different ones, but...

*he turns the camera, panning past a Ninjask that's sitting quietly in the grass nearby to zoom in on a Shedinja*

...But is it normal for one to evolve into two separate ones at once?

Normally I would assume that somehow their presence was influencing people who encountered them, however, there was such a large delay in between. And with the way people were starting to fall ill before it became a mass outbreak...

And we only encountered Raikou, but only you ended up having an affinity for electricity, so it couldn't have been simply that. But for it to have been from something someone deliberately did... well, I imagine such a thing would have required considerable resources and expertise....

Of course, but the greater question is how. From the sound of it, there are those who want to oppose them, but that matters little enough if they lack the means to back up their threat.

Well, it's just that there's that shrine in the forest, and I thought maybe... but it's really not a good idea.

Well, if it's connected with the legends, it would be logical to investigate it next, wouldn't it?

And knowing my luck, that would backfire really badly unless we're completely sure what we're getting into. Even just looking.

I don't know. At least waiting to do anything until we can be sure that we won't cause some sort of obvious commotion. I'd really rather not have to deal with that kind of bothersome thing.

I'm not even sure the one from the forest here would be able to help us much, even if we do find it. Fascinating though traveling through time sounds, making proper use of it would likely be incredibly complicated, if possible at all.

Yeah.

When the tower burned, three nameless Pokémon perished in the fire, but a rainbow-hued Pokémon descended from the sky and brought them back, giving them new life from the lightning that struck the tower, the fire that burned it, and the rain that extinguished the flames. But the people were afraid of power such as the rainbow-hued Pokémon had shown, and tried to control it by force. The Pokémon made no attempt to fight back, but instead their sorrow compelled them to leave.

...or something like that, anyway.
